Level 6 Peeling or Level 5 Rejuvenation: Which First?

Two routes, two sets of entry requirements

The numbers can mislead. Level 6 is not simply the harder version of Level 5, because the two courses have different focuses and different entry requirements.

What the Level 6 certificate focuses on

It centres on chemical peeling: the methods, skin assessment, client suitability, treatment planning and product knowledge. You need a recognised Level 3 beauty qualification that includes anatomy and physiology, or a Level 3 Access to Aesthetic Therapies certificate.

What the Level 5 course focuses on

It is a practitioner course covering advanced peels, skin needling and LED phototherapy, with online theory and hands-on practical sessions on live models. It asks for a recognised Level 4 aesthetic therapies qualification, or an equivalent regulated one.

How to decide

If your Level 3 is in place and you want a deep focus on peels, start with Level 6. If you already hold Level 4 and want a wider toolkit, Level 5 is the match. Tell us your qualifications on WhatsApp and we will say which applies to you.
